Two Orange Park Yoga Studios Shall Become One

eaceful Yoga Studio (PYS) and Life’s Journey Yoga & Wellness Center (LJYWC) will soon merge as one busi- ness under the name of Life’s Journey Yoga & Wellness Center.
Nestled in the heart of Orange Park at 2301 Park Avenue, Suite 302 (PYS’ current loca- tion), the expanded LJYWC -- consist- ing of two yoga rooms and a variety of wellness services under one roof -- will offer 30 yoga classes per week and ap- pointments for private wellness sessions The full yoga schedule includes classes that cater to both new and experienced students, and classes for children. The wellness center will include massage, acupuncture, herbal remedies, reflexology, holistic con- sultations for adults and children, life coaching, juicing and other nutritional guidance, fibromyalgia support, stress management, hypnosis for change, prenatal services and more. PYS and LJYWC now combine their caring, well-trained teams and safe offerings to further help yoga students and other clients grow more deeply in their spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical wellness. It is speech and music made visible and can be applied hygienically, therapeutically, and artistically - it is also part of the Waldorf School curriculum. Dr. Pautz gradu- ated from a four-year, full-time Eurythmy training program in Germany.

Westside Blanding Jazzercise is offering a juniors camp for boys and girls ages 6-9 and will incorporate dance, movement, games, crafts, and nutritional and physiology education. Camp will run June 13-17, 2011 from 12:45-3:45pm. The week will be packed with loads of fun activities that will have your children excited about being active and fit.
