ROOK LANE CAFE
Aubrey Ford (Giles Ford’s father) is a children’s portraitist working mainly in pencil. A student of Fine Art at the Florence Academy of Art and the Accademia di Belli Arti, his delicate and sensitive portrayals of children capture the beauty, innocence and hopefulness of youth.
During Frome Festival weekends, Aubrey will be ‘in residence’ at Rook Lane Chapel, offering families free portraits (1 to 2 hours sittings) of young people between the ages of 4 and 18.
