The Board of Adjustment met on Monday, April 11, 2011 at 7:00 pm at the Pelham Town Hall, 6 Village Green, Pelham, NH and voted on the following petition:


Case #ZO2011-00004 COSTA, Linda/ 25 Hillcrest Lane Map 36 Lot 10-17 seeking a Special Exception to Article IV, Section 307-18, Table 2 to permit construction of a new 4 bedroom single family house with an accessory apartment to be constructed on a lot with no frontage on a Town accepted road. The Board of Adjustment APPROVED a variance for frontage on March 14, 2011. On April 11, 2011 The Board of Adjustment APPROVED the Special Exception conditioned upon restricting (in the deed) to single family with Accessory Dwelling Unit.

Angela M. (Andreottola) Bramante Angela M. (Andreottola) Bramante, 95, of Windham,


died April 5, 2011, at the Warde Health Center in Windham. She was the matriarch of the Bramante family of Salem. She was one of 12 children who grew up in Boston’s (MA) North End. Angela married Fredric Bramante, of Boston’s (MA) West End, on November 25, 1945 and they were happily married for 54 years. Fred Sr.

Lawrence, MA. She attended St. Matthew’s Church in Windham. She enjoyed bingo at the Windham and Salem Senior Centers and she was an avid Red Sox fan. She is survived by three sons, Fredrick and his wife Elizabeth


Bramante of Durham, Louis and his wife Chris Bramante of Bethesda, MD, and Joseph and his wife Donna Bramante of Derry; daughter, Camille and her husband Christopher McKinnie of San Diego, CA; brother, Patrick Andreottola of Medford, MA; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She will be remembered, loved and honored every day by her


children, their spouses, her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. She touched many with her warmth, hospitality, love and goodness. A funeral Mass was held April 11 at Our Lady of Mercy Chapel at


the Warde Health Center. Cremation followed. The Bramante family is grateful to the Warde Health Center and wishes to thank the Sisters of Mercy and the wonderful caregivers for their kindness and dedication to Mama Bramante and all the residents.


Memorial donations may be made to the Sisters of Mercy, 21 Searles Road, Windham, NH 03087, or to the Ingram Senior Center, 1 Sally Sweet Way, Salem, NH 03079. Arrangements were under the care of the Douglas and Johnson
