Cowden-Woods Design Builders Ltd. traces its roots to 1983, when Keith Cow- den and Ron Woods estab- lished the business in Barrie. In 2009, the founding part- ners transferred the business to the next generation, led by Anita Stacey (who is also the past president of the Barrie Construction Associ- ation as of January 2011) and Cowden’s son, Mike.
