BTM are delighted to announce that 100 VIP Hosted Buyers have already registered for BTM 2011, 3 months before the event.


Due to the increase in demand BTM has allocated 500 VIP Hosted Buyer places for 2011 almost doubling the figures from 2010.


Buyers have been accepted from 17 countries so far including Belgium, Czech Republic, Egypt, Finland, Germany, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Portugal, Russia, Serbia, Spain, Sweden, Ukraine, UK and USA.

The system is easy to use and is supported by online training guides and help numbers.


New functionality for 2011 includes....


• The opportunity to create a dedicated exhibitor meetings manager with access to all meetings across multiple diaries (where applicable)


• Pending meetings will expire after a set time (7 days) to free up diary space. Reminders will be sent out at intervals to prompt acceptance, decline or reschedule outstanding meeting requests.


• Hosted Buyers will be given the option


to block off sections of their diary where they do not wish to have meetings requested and have the option to close down their diary once 10 meetings have been confirmed


• The exhibitors’ stand number will be displayed on the diary print outs


• A new Networking Suite will be open to all diary users to upload a profile, photo and use the contact centre to send and receive messages.
