Week at Windham High School was a huge success! We raised hundreds of dollars for C.U.R.E. (Citizens United for Research in Epilepsy). Kaytlin Sinclair, who is a sophomore at Windham High School, organized the event with the help of her advisory group, advisory teacher, and her family. The students sold raffle tickets all week at the high school and on Friday, March 25, they held an extra raffle for everyone that wore purple, which is the color to support Epilepsy. A dozen prizes were awarded between the students and teachers who wore purple in addition to the fundraiser raffle. The wearing of purple showed just how well the students brought the awareness of Epilepsy to their school. The Epilepsy Awareness Week was run with the direction of “Think Globally, Act Locally.” Our local businesses’
