some older adults may be reluctant to exer- cise. They may be afraid that exercise will be too strenuous, or that physical activity will harm them, but they shouldn’tbeafraid to exercise -it's never too late to start. The Pink Fitness classes, which all offer a
friendly atmosphere, arerun by Vicky,who has morethan 18 years experience and is trained to degree level. Nifty 50 classes areheld at 10am on Thursdays and Seated Exercise classes are held at 11.15am on Thursdays, both at St Peter’sHall, 61 London Road, Wickford (opposite the doctor's surgery). Pink Fitness also runs acombination class, which offers abit of both with the first half standing followed by the second half seated.
