Neville’s back at CW photography
KENRO has announced the UK release of the Tokina AT-X 16-28mm f/2.8 PRO FX, the first in a new generation of full frame (FX) lenses designed for professional digital SLR cameras. It uses a newly developed silent DC motor that allows the lens to focus faster and more quietly, and a new GMR magnetic AF sensor work together to increase AF Speed.
The lens features three aspherical and three SD super-low disper- sion glass elements and has a one-touch focus clutch mechanism that allows the photographer to switch between AF and MF simply by snapping the focus ring forward for AF and back toward the camera to focus manually.
Available in either Canon or Nikon fit, the AT-X 16-28mm has an RRP of £1,072. See
www.kenro.co.uk for details of your nearest stockist, or call Kenro on 01793 615836 for more details.

Make Photobooks on the spot
FUJIFILM has unveiled Photobook Maker, a compact self-service instant photobook printer. It produces a quality photobook in around three minutes and can be used by the public in retail positions, or by studio staff, with no daily maintenance required, and a tiny footprint of just 0.3m2.
Photobook Maker prints, folds, binds and trims each book with no as- sistance needed. The books provide up to a 50% gross margin and have a professional, glossy finish – stain resistant and scratch proof. Books have a choice of 10, 20 or 30 pages and the unit can print an average of 23 books without changing consuma- bles (it takes less than three minutes to replace the paper, ink ribbon and adhesive).
