HOW TO LOSEUNWANTED BODY FAT FOREVER

IF YOU ARE LIKE ME, THEN YOU PROBABLY HAVE ASKED

YOURSELF: “With all the dietary doctrine and fat loss drugs available, why is it still so hard for people to be lean, lose un- wanted body-fat, and be healthy?” or “Why do people who exercise hard get little result?” It’s a simple question with a less than simple answer. Part of the problem is that nutritional literature tends to

be biased by the reader’s personality and experience with food, since eating and food relationships are emotionally influenced. Another is profit: if there is financial motiva- tion, for example when the sale of supplements is the bot- tom line, drug-efficacy is usually out the window.

For example; if you take two people who are the same age and sex, that play the same sport and share similar physical attributes, would their nutritional requirements be the same? Would they receive the same nutritional effect if they ate the exact same foods in the same proportions? The answer would be a resounding no. Nutri- tional requirements are much more dynamic then just a simplified mathematical/ logical protocol. The mental/emotional state of any person must be taken into account, since

your physical body is just as, if not more, influenced and governed by your physiological/psychological/spiritual body (metaphysical) condition. All work symbiotically. If we go back to our hypothetical individuals who are seemingly replicas of each other and take a more comprehensive look, we might find that one is under
