Quantum Medicine in the US
by Dr Thornton Streeter Q
uantum Medicine is thriving in the United States as both healthcare professionals and their patients look for more predictive and non-invasive
approaches to managing their needs
A pan shot of the biofield devices seminar in the US, March 2011. I am sitting watching giant waves grind into the steep beach here in San Diego still thrilled by the gathering of extraordinary people at the California Institute for Human Sciences for a seminar on Quantum Medicine and Biofield Science. If you were lucky to be there, you will know that the following words are true.
Beverly Rubik, Ph.D., enthralled a full house of scientists and clinicians from universities all over the United States with the sheer quality and variety of her gold standard research studies that proved the human body emits bio-photons and other signals which can be witnessed directly with new imaging technologies or indirectly by the effect on cell cultures. She coined the word
‘Biofield’ for a National Institutes of Health (NIH) meeting in the mid-nineties, where for the first time officially she proved that there are putative forces that are still yet to be measured and explored. For more than 15 years, we are still doing just that.
My presentation focused on the benefit of working at the energetic level for predictive diagnostics. This is possible because the biofield is the first body system to experience and therefore reveal disease as perturbations, which can now be easily measured and viewed. I was also keen to explore the esoteric foundations of traditional healing, and the holistic understanding of the body as composed of flesh and bones, as well as a dynamic system with chakras and meridians.
I also demonstrated the level of research into a new discovery, a ‘bioweb’ of ‘biothreads’, that have been investigated by a number of teams around the world. Early comprehensive studies were conducted by Kim Bonghan in North Korea but it took a long time before others like Thelma Moss and Mae Wan Ho picked up on their
