Info: 01792 516900 / www.glynnviviangallery.org The last of Glynn Vivian’s fascinating series of exhibitions but by no means the least, Ffilm 3 presents a thrilling selection of film and video in Room 1 and the Collection Galleries. Amongst the varied frenzy of pictures are pieces by UK artists such as Mark Wallinger, John Wood and Paul Harrison, as well as works by Wales based artists Peter Finnemore and Holly Davey. Richard Grayson’s The Golden Space City Of God commissioned by Matt’s Gallery in London, also sees its debut at this exciting event, plus a mov- ing array of work from highly acclaimed international artists like Ciprian Muresan. The British Council, Film and Video Umbrella, The Arts Council Collection and Amgueddfa Cymru-National Museum Wales are just a few of the commissioning organisations that contributed to this evocative and inspirational exhibition.

Preachers And Pulpits At a time when roughly one Welsh chapel cloes each week, this exhibition showcases the best examples of chapel furniture, including pulpits, harmoniums a sedd fawr and inscriptions, to be found in Wales. (Until Sat 14 May) Capeli Capeli started in 2005 as a collaborative perform- ance event in a disused chapel in Llangrannog.. Lou Laurens and Jacob Whittaker have uti- lised a range of different media and approaches – film, pho- tography, writing, composition, improvisation, sonic arts – to to create personal and evocative explorations of the encounters the project generated, present- ed in this five-year retrospec- tive.
