Cherry Picasso hail from the balmy climes of Huddersfi eld in Yorkshire and this spikey sounding quartet are now the proud owners of a super cool electric guitar by Vintage. The band is fronted by vocalist Eve Hardbattle (what better name for a rockin’ female singer?) and her powerful vocals add a cool edge to the band’s punchy post hardcore power pop. All good then, but we’ll leave it to lead guitarist Tom Connelly to justify exactly why he feels that Cherry Picasso deserve their new Vintage axe! “I think a Vintage guitar would be the perfect axe to help us rock our way to the top! I’ve only heard good things about Vintage guitars (my guitar teacher Mik Crone is endorsed by Vintage). I have played the Vintage V6 guitar and found it to be a high class instrument; it has plenty of power for the rock riffs, but also has precision for the clean melodies. All in all, a top instrument!” Well done to Cherry Picasso, a refreshing blast of fresh air from the North of England...we hope that your new Vintage guitar helps propel you to the big time!
