Centrale Shopping Centre comprises 800,000 sq ft of fashion and lifestyle brands with over 60 stores, anchored by House of Fraser and Debenhams. This stylish and contemporary centre was redeveloped in 2004 to include its own 950-space car park.
In this centre you’ll play a uniquely integral role, taking ownership of both onsite and facilities management teams. You’ll also ensure that the centre’s high standards of operations, marketing, health and safety, sustainability and customer care are met.
We’re looking for a highly motivated team player, with great interpersonal skills, retail, leisure, residential or customer service experience, and detailed knowledge of contract management, procurement and legislation.

The Mander Centre is Wolverhampton’s premier shopping centre with and
believe in Mander Centre and the positive effect it can have on the city now
commercial and operational success of Mander Centre. The role needs a strong communicator who can engender enthusiasm and support at every level, using their skills to influence city-wide plans and proposals as well as motivate retailers and staff.
As a manager with a minimum of 5 years senior experience you will have a proven track record in a diverse and complex business operation. This is essential as you will need to drive trade, increase income and ensure that business opportunities and exposure for ManderCentre are maximised.
A solid understanding of the retail and marketing industry as well as market trends will be fundamental in developing and delivering the innovnovative business strategies required for a strong brand and sustained commercial growth.
To fulfil its potential Mander Centre must play a leading role in continuing to define its role as a family orientated shopping centre and we need a General Manager with strong commercial acumen and determination to deliver this.
