cation forsustainable development and global citizenship in both pri- mary and secondary schools. There are eight topics
thatschools can tackle under the scheme cover- ing waste minimization, litter,school grounds, transport, healthyliv- ing, global citizenship, energyand water.

squared to 237 metres squared, to comprise a small clubroom, bar area, changing facilities and toilets.
Caerphillycouncil owns
the freehold of the King George Field and areport by its property review officer,Brodie Thomson- Payne,sayseachparty will meet its owncosts in anytransaction. The report also states thataccess
routes
between the field and Markham
Primary
School should be main- tained during anybuild- ing works and retained after its completion. A boundary fence between the pavilion site and school site must also be erected and maintained. King George Field will remain availablefor other sport- ing activities and the new lease states the new changing facilities must be availabletothese users.
