SRP Energy Analyzer program expands to Chandler

Chandler Public Libraries card holders can now borrow more than just free books. Thanks to SRP’s Energy Analyzer program, Chandler library patrons can now borrow a free Kill A Watt meter that shows how much energy their appliances use. By simply plugging the device into an outlet, then plugging the appliance into the Kill A Watt meter, the LCD display will show how much energy that appliance uses. Typical appliances and devices can be tested, including refrigerators, freezers, fans, computers, printers, video game systems, televisions, microwaves, clocks, stereos and more.

After using the device, SRP customers are encouraged to fill out an Energy Analyzer online survey and find additional energy-saving tips and money-saving offers at www. savewithsrp.com.

Library card holders can check out a Kill A Watt meter at the Hamilton Branch, located at 3700 S. Arizona Ave.; the Sunset Branch, at 4930 W. Ray Rd.; or the Basha Branch, at 5000 S. Val Vista Rd. To learn more, visit www.savewithsrp.com.
