has now been appointed Innova- tion & Research Manager. She was previously Head of Applicati- on Technology, Cosmetics, in the field of special effect pigments at Eckart and has worked in Techni- cal Service, Personal Care, for key accounts at Dow Corning.
DuPont I Philippe Milazzo, who joined the company in 2002,
has been appointed global mar- ket manager for cosmetic and personal care packaging at DuPont Cosmetic Solutions. He replaces Jonathan Cohen, who held the position for the last two years.

Geka I Dr. Christina Zech, who was previously sales manager
RoW (Rest of World) at Geka, is now Vice President R&D. She is a polymer chemist and has previously worked nine years at Schwan-Stabilo Cosmetics as head of the R&D team and manager for the areas of mascara and the liquid colour laboratory.
Greentech I Virgile Duclos, who looks after cosmetics com-
panies in France, has been inte- grated into Greentech’s sales team.

and deputy spokesperson for Lonza. She takes over from Domi- nik Werner, who was appointed Head of Corporate Communica- tions in September 2010.
Merck I Dr. Matthias Lergen- müller, who was previously Se-
nior Director Global Business - Pigments for Cosmetics, Food & Pharma Application at Merck, has now been appointed as Se- nior Director, Head of the Busi- ness Field Cosmetics. His new role includes global responsibility in the field of cosmetic pigments und cosmetic active substances.
