Rural Stress Helpline is an ARC project, providing a confidential helpline for rural people who may be anxious, distressed or needing information. Stress and depression can affect any of us and the helpline can offer a lifeline by signposting people to appropriate sources of help. A speaker is available to talk to groups about rural stress and the work of the helpline.
