Longtime Chandler resident Dr. Sam Dominick wants to offer the care and service people expect from their hometown dentist. Mosaic Dentistry’s offices, open since January 2009, are conveniently located in the plaza at Chandler Heights and Arizona Avenue. While personnel may come and go at chain operations, consistency is a major advantage at Mosaic.

“Dawn and Kathryn have been here since the day we opened the doors,” says Dominick of his staff. “And Jackie comes in and helps out, also. They are great, friendly and reliable. I try to make it a good working environment because you want to keep good people.” In addition, patients know they will be seeing Dominick each visit. Appointments are scheduled so there is time for one-on-one questions and a full explanation of treatments in which the dentist says he takes pride. He is available for emergencies, too. Dominick brings more than 14 years of dentistry experience to the job, including the Veteran Administration Hospital in Southern California, an

continues her work at the Sacaton dental office. Offering general dentistry services, Dominick encourages twice-a-year exams and hygiene visits to give clients a great smile today and prevent the frowns of serious, expensive problems down the road. The offices – designed, built and decorated by the Dominicks – are child friendly and feature Direct TV in the waiting and treatment rooms.

The practice honors most dental insurance programs and offers discounts for the uninsured. As a special promotion, new patients receive a complimentary teeth whitening.

Mosaic is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday; 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday; and Wednesday by appointment.
