activity, Katie Picard and Hannah Cuthbertson organized a candy gram project for Mr. Bowen and Mrs. O’Brien’s COLT Time groups. The candy grams created by each of the students participating in the activity were donated to the Nashua Children’s Home for Valentine’s Day. When Katie and Hannah were asked what sparked their interest toward leading this event, they responded by stating, “We wanted to do something nice for the kids at the Nashua Children’s Home. It feels good to put a smile on someone’s face and we thought that this would bring a smile to them.” Hannah and Katie also stated that they were grateful for all of the help and support they received with the candy grams from their parents, friends, and teachers.
