Building Bridges
Flexible living – linking the kitchen with the living space in particular - is the key to Poggenpohl’s latest architect-designed kitchen, now available to the market after its launch at Eurocucina last year
THERE
were more than a few talking points from Poggenpohl at Living Kitchen in Cologne. On
its typically large, open stand, visitors had the chance to get up close and personal with the new +Artesio kitchen concept created in collaboration with architect and designer Hadi Teherani. The principle behind the design is a few steps beyond the typical fitted kitchen, instead attempting to offer an all- embracing architectural solution that fuses furniture design, wall, floor and ceiling. It is defined by an innovative function arch that links the
separate parts of the kitchen and frames the space in an unusual way. It was first launched at Eurocucina last year but is now due for launch to the market. ➔
