One of the appliance highlights was Gaggenau’s new full surface induction hob. The CX 480 turns the entire surface into one large cooking area. Cookware is detected automatically and heated wherever it is positioned. It also recognizes when an item is moved to another position and maintains its temperature and heating time accordingly.
