TAKING THE STRESS OUT OF EVERYDAY LIFE

N

owadays most people can‘t get to the end of their day without experiencing some form of

stress. It affects every aspect of our lives. Finances,

relationships, career, children can have devastating effects on both our short and long term health. It‘s a word that‘s on most people‘s lips, but not many people really understand what it is and how to manage their stress levels. One person who understands stress inside and out is local stress expert Faith Lee. Faith is the founder of Faith Lee Stress

Management and has a long and varied career spanning over 25 years within the health sector. She is a qualified stress consultant and trainer and teaches stress management to large and small organisations, which includes delivering small workshops on how to manage stress. Faith said: ―At Faith Lee Stress Management

we aim to help you reduce your stress to an appropriate level and show you how to manage your stress on a daily basis. We are very professional, reliable and friendly and our aim is to raise awareness on managing stress.

―We offer workshops and one to one sessions

for individuals and companies. A stress management practice is quite rare and that‘s why we are unique. We help people on a personal level and offer a service that is designed to meet your needs, which will help you to identify your own triggers and stressors, which will ultimately reduce your stress and increase your long term health.‖ Faith added that learning to understand stress

and what triggers it is the key to good health and a happy life. She said: ―Research has estimated that between 75 to 90 per cent of all visits to the doctor‘s surgery are for complaints and conditions that are in some way stress-related. We offer easy, personal ways to manage your stress levels and promote your long term well- being.‖ F o r m o r e d e t a i l s v i s i t
