Unfortunately, some conventional cocoa has contributed to the fueling of wars (as in the Ivory Coast) engulfment of rain forests and the spreading of toxic pesticides.
Over 36 million heart-shaped boxes of chocolate are sold each year. St Valentine’s day is the top holiday for fresh flower purchases.
