Just Right is a new under occupation scheme that helps people move from a large property in London to a more manageable home on the Kent coast.
Over the past year we have moved tenants to Cheriton, Dymchurch, Folkestone, Hythe and St Mary’s Bay.
Priority will be given to those living in 4 or 5 bedroom homes and those with family or work on the Kent coast.

Housing Options is a large online list of affordable housing schemes in London. If you are unable to afford to buy your own home or rent a good quality home on the open market then they can help you.
All you need to do is fill in an application form online to get access to all the schemes across London, including homes from Gallions. You can search and apply for homes available on the following schemes: New Build HomeBuy (formally known as shared ownership), Open Market HomeBuy, Intermediate Rent and Re-Sales. You will be able to find new build properties as well as older homes.
