Jolene Smith is showing her extensive handmade jewellery ranges in the Design Gap area at Spring Fair. Established in 1984, her collections have grown to become very popular and she has recently introduced a range of kits to make your own jewellery. T is was created after running various jewellery workshops giving people a chance to make simple but stunning jewellery at home, hopefully sparking of the creative bug. Jolene Smith’s jewellery is inspired by ancient worlds which collide with modern times, creating a unique style. Techniques include etching, melting, beating and generally distressing the surface of the metal. Stones are some- times incorporated for colour and variety. Jolene enjoys making commissions and has recently made a stunning
