Well, good news…Chicago Endurance Sports (CES) has a program to make your resolutions, your reality.


Kick-off Meeting: Sunday, February 6, 2011 First Group Run: February 19 & 20, 2011


CES Half Marathon Spring Training is a 12-week program led by professional coaches, and developed to get you totally prepared to run any number of Spring Half Marathons, including: Door County Half Marathon, May 7th; Wisconsin Half Marathon, May 7th; or the Country Music Half Marathon on April 30th.


Choose from TWO Fleet Feet Sports locations for a warm, dry place to start/finish your twice/ weekly group runs. Let CES give you the motivation and support you need to keep your resolutions and be ready for a great 2011!
