Left: Spice/herb storage integrated into the splashback
Right: Tap and sink were kept simple in style, inkeeping with the minimalist tone of the Bulthaup b3 furniture
Additional storage was added in the form
of special glass-fronted function boxes to keep the sleek crisp look to complement the dark bookmatched oak Bulthaup B3 furniture. The wall-mounted tap was introduced not only as a design statement but also to enable the end user to keep the whole kitchen clean with no awkward areas. The appliances specified for the design
were top-end Gaggenau – including induction hob, oven, freezer, microwave, refrigerator and wine storage unit - with a flush-fitted Gutmann extractor hood installed into the ceiling in order to maximize the apartment’s views of the River Thames. designer
“THE KITCHEN AREA IS POSITIONED IN THE CENTRE OF THE APARTMENT, WITH THE DINING AREA BENEFITING FROM THE VIEWS IN THE RIVER-FACING SECTION”
