Bernie Siegel writes in his best-selling book Love, Medicine & Miracles, that we all have two “tools” we can employ from a mind-body perspective: emotional and visual. Here are some simple suggestions and tips to learn more about how to apply positive mind-body therapy for fertility – including specific diagnoses such as PCOS or endometriosis - or any other health related factor that you may be dealing with.


Educate yourself fully to the workings of your body and your reproductive health. It’s not enough to know at only a high level what is wrong with you.
