Day 1 fr £1998* * Per person based on twin share.
On arrival in Abu Dhabi you will be met & transferred to Le Meridien where you will be staying for the next 3 nights. In the afternoon there will be a guided tour of Abu Dhabi. Abu Dhabi is the federal capital of the UAE and the emirate is the largest in the UAE. The tour includes the beautiful Corniche, the focal point of the city, dhow building yards, palaces, the petroleum museum and the stunning Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan Mosque.
Day 2
A full day tour of the neighboring Emirate of Dubai commencing with a sea plane flight along the coast where you can see the new developments such as the Palms & the world’s tallest building the 2717 ft Sheikh Kalifa Tower from the air. Then visit the city of Dubai which introduces both the new and the old Dubai. The tour commences with the new environs of Dubai and then stops at the Jumeira Mosque, one of the landmarks of Dubai, followed by a drive along the Dubai Creek, the lifeline and pulse of the city. Stop for a stroll through the narrow lanes of Bastakia, old Dubai, and on to the Al Fahidi Fort, which houses the Dubai Museum. From here, walk through the souks and cross the Creek in an Abrah (water taxi) and continue through the spice souk, with its aromas of exotic spices and the walk to the Gold Souk with its 220 glittering shop windows. In the afternoon enjoy an exhilarating 4x4 desert safari which includes dinner at a traditional desert camp where you can try a camel safari or sand boarding on the dunes for the adventurous.
Day 3
A full day tour of the city of Al Ain inland from Abu Dhabi. Al Ain is known as the “Garden City” and is a large Oasis in the desert. Just 20 years ago Al Ain consisted of a group of small villages clustered around trees and fresh water springs. Now the city is an example of progress in the desert. The tour will visit some of the ancient falaj irrigation systems at the beautiful Buraimi Oasis and then onto the Buraimi souk, the Al Ain Museum, camel souk as well as some of the spectacular palaces, finishing with a visit to the Hili Gardens.
Day 4 Transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
