8 OPTIONS JANUARY/APRIL 2011 ‘Dazzling’ Trinity Prep Department!

TRINITY Prep Department has been going from strength to strength, rounding off this term in style with a dazzling production of Hosanna Rock.

The autumn has seen the Trinity youngsters sweep the board in poetry reading and public speaking events across the South West and beating Exeter School in a close-fought ‘local derby’ on the rugby pitch.

Head of Prep, Jean Whatling said: ‘it’s been a great year so far and the energy and commitment shown in so many areas shone through in Hosanna Rock.’

Trinity blends the best traditional values from its Christian foundation with a forward-looking, modern approach to education. With 450 pupils from 4-19 years, the school draws pupils from across Devon as both day pupils and boarders.

With boarders from other parts of the UK and from overseas, the school is outward-looking and cosmopolitan, but with core values that help pupils to lead fulfilled lives and contribute positively to society. Trinity also has a popular and highly successful nursery.

Teachers and pupils

work together to bring the best out of each individual.

Trinity’s

philosophy is that happy pupils are successful pupils and the school therefore sets out to create an environment in which children are encouraged to enjoy and to experiment, whilst being supported and challenged.

Digital Keyboards and Pianos give the best sound ever, with amazing flexibility. You can sound like Status Quo or any other band you care to mention, all on your own at the touch of a button. With digital recording you can build up a whole symphony on your own or play a piano concerto with the orchestra. Things have certainly moved on apace over the last 15 years or so and prices are cheaper now than then; while quality and performance have dramatically improved beyond recognition, there’s never been a better time to buy a keyboard. Music Unlimited is an independently owned business specialising in keyboards, pianos and organs. The proprietor, Wensleigh

Palmer, has more than 41 years experience in the trade, as well as being a professional keyboard musician. So, for friendly, professional advice on the right instrument for you, call Music Unlimited, 01392 251846.
