Wherever you were during the last few seconds of 2010 before the stroke of midnight, chances are the unmistakable New Year’s anthem, “Auld Lang Syne,” succeeded in uniting us as a community—as it always does. In the subsequent roar of cheers, our differences wilted and we stood as one without a second thought. When I speculate what it is about the New Year that promotes such togetherness and warmth, I’m reminded of the tendency of wonderful things to end. In an industry like ours, we see good friends and respected colleagues come and go much too often. I feel it’s only right to let loved ones and associates know how much we appreciate them, regardless of the time of year. The staff of The Rage Monthly would like to thank everyone who has toiled and sacrificed to help us achieve our goal of entertaining and enlightening our readers. It is your faith, hard work and support that has facilitated our growing success, and we are truly grateful for the chance to show you what’s in store for 2011. Take a glimpse into the months ahead and feel the fierce beats of Atlanta’s former Housewife, Kandi, on page
