The AIREcell System Outcast pontoons and rafts are equipped with the following features:


1 AIREcell Tube – 14-mil clear urethane is thermo-welded for an airtight finish and long life. All Outcast Sporting Gear boats are tested at the factory to ensure there is no air loss for 48 hours after inflation.


2 Outer Shell – PVC-Coated outer-shell material constructed with a heavy- duty polyester base fabric covers all AIREcells and floors to produce a boat that is 100 percent wrapped. Outcast Sporting Gear’s Pro Series rafts and pontoon boats are made with 1670 denier base fabric to decrease the risk of punctures and tears.


3 Double Zippers – Full-length zippers are used for easy bladder installation, removal or repair. For the Pro Series rafts and pontoon boats, two zippers are sewn in tandem for extra strength. Our zippers are rated at 10 times the force exerted by the recommended inflation pressure.


4 AIREcell Floors - I-beam, air mattress-type chambers are made with 400-denier nylon fabric with an 8-mil urethane coating for strength, stability and superior air-holding ability. Outcast Sporting Gear’s self-bailing floors drain water in less than 5 seconds, faster than any other boats on the market.


5 Valves – High quality one-way valves are totally reliable. Protective caps attach securely onto the valve to eliminate debris and accidental deflation.


Outcast Warranty


1 Year Warranty The 1 Year warranty cover defects in materials and workmanship only for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase for the original owner.


5 Year Warranty


The 5 Year warranty cover defects in materials and workmanship only for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase for the original owner.


10 Year Warranty The 10 year warranty covers the boat and its components for a period of ten (10) years from the original date of purchase with the following stipulations.


• All repairs, including parts and labor, to the inflatable pontoons or raft will be covered regardless of fault.


• All other boat components including but not limited to the frame, oars, stripping apron and pockets are covered for defects in workmanship and materials only.

These warranties do not cover cosmetic wear, abrasion, excessive UV damage, abnormal abuse and/or inappropriate storage. Outcast Sporting Gear reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any product covered by these warranties and the right to replace any discontinued models with current models when necessary. Colors may vary between original and replacement parts.


If you have a problem with your boat, please call 800-966-0976 for a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from repair facility. Repairs not covered under the warranty will be made for a small fee.
