General Information Orientation
All plenaries, poster sessions, experiential sessions, fi lms and social events take place at the Embassy Suites Hotel in and around the San Rafael ballroom, which also subdivides into smaller concurrent rooms designated with new names, Corte Madera, Sausalito, etc. Please refer to the fl oorplan (opposite page) for room names and locations.
Meals & Refreshments
If you have not bought your meal plan, you can purchase individual meal coupons for the hotel's restaurant at the conference registration desk.
Vegan and raw food can be purchased directly at Lydia's Organics both located outside the San Rafael Foyer.
Video Recording All sessions will be audio and video recorded. You may order Audio CDs or Video DVDs of each session at the Conference Recording Tables in the lobby. Ordering deadline for onsite delivery of CDs is Saturday Evening.
No unauthorized audio or video recording is permitted.
Bookstore Bookstore is open daily inside the Belvedere room and is operated by East West Bookstore.
Continuing Education (CE) Hours Information
CE hours are provided by The Spiritual Competency Resource Center which is co-sponsoring this conference and is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. SCRC maintains responsibility for the program and content. The Institute of Transpersonal Psychol- ogy is a California Board of Registered Nursing Provider (BRN) and a Board of Behavioral Sciences Provider (BBS). For questions about CE visit www.spiritual

SCRC awards 1 CE unit per 1 hour of eligible workshops for psychotherapists.
$15 per workshop or $35 for all CE eligible workshops as noted in the workshop description. Payable by cash or check only.
ITP will AWARD 20 CE units to LCSWs, MFTs, RNs, through its approval by the BBS and BRN by attending the full conference. No CE units for LCSWs, MFTs, and RNs will be given for attendance of pre and post workshops.
