bricks require extensive repair or replace- ment. A similar project was completed in 2010 on the Parking Structure. This project intends to clean, repair and seal- coat the brick cladding and control joints around the clubhouse exterior. President’s row photographs – Summer – No member disruption. Photos of all past MAC presidents are displayed in the corridor near 26 Founders on the first floor. The frames containing these 105 photos (some presidents served multiple terms) are at full capacity when this year’s president photo is added to the last frame. Space limitations prevent the addition of more frames. The solution is assigned to the arts subcommittee of the Property Committee. Solutions would possibly involve smaller photos in new frames that maximize space while maintaining a quality presentation for approximately 19 years going forward.

– Minimal member disruption. The base- ment corridor of phases 1 and 2 is a mix of colors and textures spanning two genera- tions that do not integrate into a logical cohesive aesthetic.
Drinking Fountain Replacements – Starts in spring – Minimal member disruption. This is the first year of a multi- year project to replace older drinking fountains around the clubhouse that are past their useful life or no longer meet membership needs. New units include chilled and filtered water as well as the capability to fill water bottles. Junior girls bathroom renovation – Summer – Medium member disruption including partial closures. This bathroom is located on the far east end of the subbasement Women’s Locker Room. The showers, sink and toilet area of the women’s side of the space was renovated in 2009. The girl’s area tile floor and lockers were replaced in 2005 and the sink and toilet area has not been renovated since 1964. This project intends to completely renovate the sink/toilet area including the fixtures, finishes, and supporting infra- structure.
