News. It’s packed full of interesting articles and exciting developments from our offi ces around the world. We’ll be sharing all


our marketing news with you and revealing our plans for European expansion.


2010 has been a year of growth for the organisation despite the diffi cult economic times. Several companies have joined the WoolSafe programme for the fi rst time and many existing licensees have expanded the range of products that they have tested and accredited.

to sit back on the successes of the year, we have several initiatives that we intend to roll out in 2011. We have designed a new accreditation mark called CarpetSafe. It will initially be marketed to the European synthetic fi bre carpet cleaning product market, but in the years ahead may also become a global brand...watch this space.


Also on the cards next year is a distance learning WoolSafe Wool Maintenance course, more about that on page 6.
