Constantinople (SN 804372): This site, near Fachongle Isaf on the northern slopes of the Preselis, was known as PY016 Trewern Searchlight Battery. It comprised seven rectangular huts, protected by earth banks, plus hard standings for the searchlights. It was constructed in 1941 and nothing now remains. Another, smaller, searchlight battery stood in woodland at nearby Brithdir Mawr (SN 077374).
Trewern Arms (SN 087397): The local Home Guard unit had a supply post to the rear of the pub.
Memorial Hall (SN 084401): A plaque on the village hall reveals that it was built as a memorial to those men from the parish who died in the Boer War.
