Maintenance grants


New full-time UK students will be eligible for a non- repayable maintenance grant up to a maximum of £2,906 per year. Your eligibility for this grant and the actual amount you are eligible for will depend on your household’s income.


If that income is £25,000 per year or less, you are likely to be eligible for a full grant. If your household income is between £25,000 and approximately £60,000 you will be eligible for a smaller grant.


The maintenance grant is paid to you in three instalments, one at the start of each term.
