Andrew Pollard and Paul Critoph as the

Ugly Sisters

we’ve been waiting to produce for the last seven years - everyone loves Cinderella - but to have Andrew Pollard and Paul Critoph appearing together as the ugly sisters guarantees an unforgettable show. It’s what our regular audiences have been waiting for. Anyone who has never been to a Greenwich pantomime should definitely start with this one!”

The production also reunites director Kieron Smith, musical director Steven Markwick and designer Julie Godfrey, the combination which made last year’s Mother Goose such a runaway hit.

Cinderella runs at Greenwich Theatre up to Sunday 9th January and tickets start from £16 with all children’s tickets half price

CINDERELLA HEADS FOR THE BALL AT GREENWICH THEATRE

This festive season Greenwich Theatre is transformed to a fairy-tale world for an all-new production of CINDERELLA. The spectacular pantomime, which is written by Greenwich Theatre favourite Andrew Pollard, promises to be the theatre’s biggest production yet, with the performance run already extended by 10 days to satisfy unprecedented demand. The show follows the traditional fairy-tale with Baron Hard-Up, Cinderella’s poor put-upon father, spending all his money on endless new clothes for his conniving step- daughters while Cinderella is forced to cook and clean all day long. Only Buttons seems to notice how hard she works. That is, until a ticket to the Royal Ball arrives, Cinderella discovers she has a fairy godmother, and everything starts to change. With Hannah Wilding (The Sound Of Music) signed up to play Cinderella opposite Luke Kempner (Les Miserables UK tour) as Prince Charming, audiences are in for a particular treat this year as Andrew Pollard and Paul Critoph, both stars of the last five Greenwich pantomimes, unite as the Ugly Sisters.

James Haddrell, Director of Greenwich Theatre said, “Sales are already breaking records and we have now extended the run for the production. This is the show
