Members Spotlight “Herd Firsts”

We just got back from a dressage show with Lilly riding Kontessa, a Dutch Warmblood Shagya cross (Adele and I co-own her). She received great scores. Intro test B she received 73.50% and won the class. Beginner Novice level dressage test (dressage test for eventing) she received a 71% and won the class. This is her first show experience and she was so good at the show grounds and calm about every- thing. Judges comments were "good potiential for even better scores" ~Gwyn Davis

Susan Keil is the proud owner of her first Shagya, Sha- gya's Rashad AF aka "Rush".

Rush's list of "firsts": cross-country transport, Kansas horsefly attacks, 110 heat indexes, a name plate on his stall, too many human kisses.

Szigfried AF, aka “Szig”, is learning to play soccer. He has been kicking an exercise ball under saddle for the first time.
