Raising funds for 3D probe
HEARTSWELL South West is a registered charity committed to supporting heart patients, their partners and their carers across the Westcountry.
Since 1986, the generosity of the public, plus the tremendous efforts of volunteers and supporters, has raised well over a million pounds.
This has enabled the Plymouth-based charity to provide equipment such as defibrillators and TOE (Transoesphageal) probes, funding for a specialist nurse counsellor at the city’s Derriford Hospital, and funding for the construction of HeartSWell Lodge in 2001.
