Salaries vary widely while higher salaries rely upon several factors:

Whether the firm has a structured, defined Litigation Support Department; 2.


The size of the firm: generally, the larger the firm, the higher the salary; 3.

Firms tend to pay according to market. A paralegal generally does not have to take a pay cut to enter the litigation support field as paralegals are usually given credit for experience.


To give you an idea as to what you can earn, here are several job titles and corresponding salaries we recently found:


Information Technology Manager, Government: $103,152 - $134,096 per year


Discovery Account Executive: Base salary $100-110k plus bonus


Operations Specialist: $60,000 per year plus bonus


Operations Manager, London: £60,000 to £80,000 plus bonus depending on experience.


Imaging Operations Manager $40-44,000 per year


Director of eDiscovery $170 - $200,000 per year


Electronic Discovery Data Collection Specialist $55 - $70,000 per year


Project Manager $70 - 75,000 plus bonus
