Discover Greenwich FREE

Discover Greenwich is an exciting new cultural centre at the Old Royal Naval College, created by the Greenwich Foundation, where you can explore the colourful history of Maritime Greenwich.

Taking inspiration from this recently opened visitor attraction, the Festival offers its own artistic voyage of discovery through Greenwich Town Centre. Once you’ve taken in Tudor and Stuart Greenwich, you can navigate between encounters with wolves, 4m high angels, eccentric hairdressers, a Catalan monster and even time travel to 20 years from now.

All the events last 1 hour or less and pop up in fantastic settings such as the Old Royal Naval College, St Alfege Park, Cutty Sark Gardens, Royal Observatory, Greenwich and Greenwich Park.

So why not take in a couple of performances then dine in a local restaurant with one of GDIF’s Festival Feasts? (see pages 58-61)
