Venito Avenue on Seven Hills
Union City Community Gardens The Union City Community Garden is located on Venito
Avenue in the 7 Hills Development off Mission Boulevard. It
consists of 17 plots measuring approximately 15 feet by 25 feet. Union City residents have priority for memberships. The annual fees are $50 for the plot including water and $20 for compost, sand and horse manure. A one time deposit of $35 is required to assure plot cleanup at season end. A rototiller and garden tools are available for member's use. Members are required
to maintain their gardens in good order and to assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the common areas. If you are
interested in a garden plot, contact Garden Coordinator, John Haley at 510-489-7396 to place your name on a waiting list.
