way you carry yourself, it’s the way people perceive you – and that has a lot to do with success. If you’re not taking care of yourself then obviously, your projects aren’t gonna be enthusiastic. I just wrote on Twitter: ‘If you’re not enthusiastic about your life then that’s the way your life’s gonna be’. You’re life is as dead as you are and your projects and surroundings are as dead as the vibes you give off.


The style of your sneakers is very simple and reminiscent of the Adidas you wore back in the 80s. Is that where you got your current fashion inspiration from? The sneaker shape is old school, but with the new-school element of a tag with my words of wisdom on it. So yeah, and it’s all rapped up in Rev Run – it’s a run Rev Run thing.


As well as the tag on your sneakers, you also put your words of wisdom on the T-shirts in your new range. What made you decide to do something like that? To inspire people. I wrote on Twitter like just five seconds ago that a day of worry is way more exhausting than a day of work. People tend to forget that you can’t really get anything done without enthusiasm. My words are to wake you up and get you going through the day.


So do you think that there are a lot of people out there that need waking up and shaking up? Oh definitely, yeah.


What’s the best way to inspire people and wake them up? To do. If you really want to inspire somebody talk is cheap – you have to show the manifestation. I do a lot of talking on Twitter and every once in a while I let them (us) know what’s going on, I’m probably gonna Tweet about what’s going on right here. Just keep it going, let people see what you’re up to. Keep it in their face, just keep working and never let the excitement go. That’s the key.
