To continue with our topic of collectables, I want to


take the time to explain that for me collecting is loads of fun and I enjoy it immensely. {This is where “The Art of Living Well” comes in, but this topic I will discuss further in a separate article, in a sepa- rate section of this magazine}. However, by no means should you feel that I am promoting collecting any article in particular, for I am not.


It is important to elucidate, that in no way am I affil-


iated with any of the sites that I have suggested as a possi- ble acquisition point or with any manufacturer of any of the goods displayed in these pages. This subject is part of the contents of this magazine, because it is something that I personally enjoy and practice, it is therefore a pas- time that I share with you, my readers, in case you have the same interests.


Collecting I might add, is not about amassing a lot of


items but about having a selection of objects you admire and delight in. A collection may consist of just a couple of items or several dozens, its your decision.


The things that our magazine does promote are the


art of living well and the gratification of what we do with our lives and our surroundings, simple pleasures that make our days brighter and more enjoyable, sharing with family and friends and beautiful settings, it promotes art, culture, literature, etc. We will soon be promoting our virtual store but that is still in the works.


To go on with our Collectibles section, there is


something about teacups that I find charming, be they dainty or oversized, there is always a feeling of warmth that I personally associate with them. On the facing page I‟ve selected some of the most beautiful tea and coffee cups as well as tea and coffee pots, to share with you.


Beauty of course, is in the eye of the behold-


er but these are true works of art, though I’ll let you be the judge. -


Para continuar con el tema de las colecciones, quiero


tomarme el tiempo para explicarles que para mi coleccionar es muy divertido y yo lo disfruto inmensamente. {Aquí es donde encaja “El Arte del Buen Vivir” pero este tema lo tratare mas a fondo en una sección dedica- da exclusivamente a esto}. Sin embargo, de ninguna forma deben asumir que yo estoy promoviendo la colección de ningún articulo en particular, pues no es el caso.


Es importante aclarar que yo no estoy afiliada con nin-


guno de los sitios de internet que he sugerido como punto de adquisición, ni con los manufactureros de los artículos aquí mostrados. Este tópico es parte de el contenido de esta revista, porque es algo que yo personalmente disfruto y practico y por tanto es un pasatiempo que deseo compartir con ustedes, mis lectores, en caso de que tengan los mismos intereses.


Debo agregar que coleccionar no es amontonar artícu-


los en grandes cantidades sino, adquirir una selección de objetos que admiras y en los cuales encuentras deleite. Una colección puede consistir de dos artículos o de varias doce- nas, la decisión final siempre es suya.


Lo que nuestra revista sí promueve es el arte del buen


vivir y la gratificación de lo que hacemos con nuestras vidas y nuestros entornos, placeres sencillos que hacen nuestros días mas brillantes y agradables, promueve el compartir con la familia y las amistades, espacios preciosos, el arte, la cul- tura, la literatura, etc. Lo que si estaremos promoviendo muy pronto es nuestra tienda virtual que aun esta en proce- so de construcción.


Y para seguir con nuestra sección de Coleccionables,


hay algo en las tazas, ya sean de te o de café que yo encuen- tro encantador, ya sean diminutas of grandes, siempre las he asociado con un sentido de calidez. En la pagina contigua verán algunas de las tazas de café o te y las cafeteras o teteras mas bellas que he seleccionado para compartir con ustedes.


La belleza claro esta, depende de el lente con


que se mire pero éstas realmente son obras de arte, aunque dejare que sean ustedes los jueces. -
