IM Keeling developed a taste for afternoon tea at London’s
famous Ritz. Now she’s serving up her own version back in Buxton – with an exotic twist.

It’s an enjoyable combination of flavours, with everything freshly made on the premises by chef Waraporn Tharakhet. The fluffy, moist scones and cakes are baked using a traditional Thai recipe.
Simply Thai afternoon tea, at £15.95 per person, is served 2.30pm - 5pm, seven days a week. Cream tea with scones is £5.95; champagne afternoon tea is £22.95 n
