Introduction
Design Your Life NOW!
One of my goals in life has always been to be a positive role model for my sons and that was at the forefront of my thinking as they grew up. Therefore, when my 13 year marriage ended, it was my priority to ensure they were affected as little as possible. With tools that I had gathered over the years, the time was perfect to put the principles into practice. My daily determination provided me with the ability to function during what could have otherwise been a traumatic experience. Writing down my goals and what was needed to achieve them into a journal of my journey helped immensely. This workbook is the culmination of trying to make the best out of a negative situation and very trying circumstances. This journey truly became the opportunity to ‘Design My Life”, the journey that I share with you today.
In this workbook, various issues will be addressed: physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual and relational. My results with clients have been nothing short of amazing and I have total confidence that you can experience positive results as well!
Sometimes the Answers Are Not Clear
Have you ever wondered why you can’t achieve something that you really want? You do everything “by the book” and yet, you never seem to reach the other side. At the core, humans are emotional beings and it is often our emotional state that impedes our progress. By clearing negative emotions that fuel limiting beliefs and by changing old destructive habits and by creating new positive habits, you charge ahead to your destination–and reach victory!
This workbook is a culmination of my determination to bring a gift from my heart and soul to both men and women. My gift to you is a compact, valuable tool to help you move forward so you can Design Your Life NOW and live the life that you want and truly deserve.
I can’t wait to hear about the new level of freedom, joy, peace, love, success and fulfilment that automatically unfolds. Self‐improvement is the best choice you can make. Love and best wishes on your exciting self‐discovery journey!
Celebrate success during your journey, appreciate, have fun, play, laugh like a child and enjoy who you are. You CAN have the wonderful life that you want and deserve and be the person YOU want to be.
