Day 3 List 10 of your wildest, craziest, and most fulfilling desires.

Have fun. Nothing is off limits! For each of these 10 desires, write what you think it would feel like to accomplish and experience them. Use the feelings list on page 15 to help you identify your emotions.

Take some time to connect to your feelings. Tis exercise is very important. Feelings can be emotional and physical sensations. Tey are energy in motion. It is vital to connect with them. When we are connected to feelings such as excitement, empowerment, accomplishment, fun, delight, openness, compassion, loving, wholeness, passion, hope, faith, joy, gratitude, peace, presence, forgiveness, connection, embracing, power, desire, inspiration, happy, we actually begin to think differently about situations, which changes our perspective and enables us to respond to situations and life in a more gracious and empowered way.

It is important to write in the first person and in the present tense. Try to write as if your desire has already happened. ExamplE
