The variety of venues, events and services offered by the club’s Food and Beverage Department are similar to the pieces of a puzzle. Ranging from the Annual Meeting traditions to new events such as the wine dinners and MAC Culinary Olympics, the puzzle pieces are always in motion. In February, the Main Gym was transformed A /B into a stunning dining venue for the Annual Meeting. In October, members judged the kitchen staff C during the Culinary Olympics and chose Alex Weinman D as the winner of the event. His winning three-course meal is the Member Perk in the Men’s Bar this month. The Card Room was moved and the space adjacent to the Men’s Bar now offers an intimate and elegant restaurant dining experience E with windows facing the street and city skyline. Private dining serves many members and guests F /G providing exceptional service, food and customized spaces. These business and private events are often the only opportunity for guests and non-members to experience the club’s superb culinary quality. Always saving the best for members, the monthly wine dinners H have become increasingly popular. Executive Chef Philippe Boulot and Food and Beverage Director Cameron McMurry continue to bring exceptional wineries, food and even guest chefs to the club.
