Election from Page 1 Final council seat
In addition to state and national issues, Chandler voters will also fi ll the fi nal seat on the Chandler City Council. The race is between Kevin Hartke and Donna Wallace, who emerged from the August primary to face off on the November ballot. The candidates were asked what makes them the best person for the job, what special qualities, skills and experiences each would bring to the offi ce, and what their top priorities would be if elected. Their responses are as follows:

continue to work tirelessly to improve our economy and help those who most need help in our community. As a current Planning and Zoning Commissioner, I carefully research the issues that affect our city. I am a fi scal conservative who has learned to live and thrive within my means. I am not afraid to ask diffi cult questions. I work diligently to listen and collaborate with other Council members, staff and citizens. I am approachable and available in the community.
